John “JJ” Scott Warren, 38, went to be with the Lord on November 27, 2019 surrounded by his loving family. He was born locally in Norfolk to John T. Warren and Mary Ellen Nolte Warren and grew up in Chesapeake. JJ was and independent and talented person who had a deep passion for the Lord. He was a gifted singer who adored music; but the biggest love in life were his two sons.
Left to cherish his memory is his mother, Mary E. Warren; sons, Jeremy A. and Jonathan Scott Warren and their mother, Donneisha Denard; sister, Shannon A. Warren; brother, Christopher Horn; siblings, Ryan Uselmann, Rachel Stallings, Megan Warren, Jonathan Warren; uncle, Raymond Nolte; girlfriend, Melissa Lewis-Morrison; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at 2pm at Graham Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 1112 Kempsville Rd.
