Janice “Mammy” Lee Hasty of Hoyt Drive passed away March 25, 2021 at the age of 72. She was born in Cambridge, MD to the late James O. Parker, Sr. and Mrs. Virginia Corbman Parker. Janice retired as a Security Resource Officer with the Chesapeake Public Schools.

She is survived by her husband, Clarence Lee Hasty, Sr.; children, Michelle “Shelly” Allen (Pat) and Clarence “Lee” Hasty, Jr. (Heather); siblings, Brenda Parker-Amador, Sprig Smith, Peggy Ann Hodges, and James Parker; five grandchildren, Chelsea M. Meeks, Shelby K. Allen, Patrick C. Allen (Kaile), Lauren A. Hasty and Colin L. Hasty; three great-grandchildren, Olivia, Kenny, and Camden; and her canine companion, Rose Bud.

A memorial service will be held April 1, 2021 at 11 a.m. at Graham Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake. Temperature checks and masks will be required to enter the building; seating is limited.
