Henry Eugene Dudley, 83, passed away August 23, 2021. Henry was born in Waynesboro, Virginia to the late Sterling and Bessie Moore Dudley. Besides his parents, he was also preceded in death by his siblings, Albert "Bo" Dudley, Lester Dudley, Leonard "Inky" Dudley, Nancy Lou Dudley Shipway, and Bessie Jean Dudley Dyess. Henry proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. Following his time in the service he worked as a welder until his retirement. Henry was a longtime, active member of the Moose Lodge #898 and #1940.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife, Billie W. Dudley; children, Karen Norton, Josanna Murphy (Patrick), Gerald Weaver, Charles Watford, Jr., and Bobby Clayton; grandchildren, Alex Weaver (Bianca), Andrew Weaver, Daniel Norton, Damian Norton, Gerald Johnson, Jr., Dakota Johnson, Jonathan Mitchell, Tiffany Powell (Cameron), and Tyler Jones; great-grandchildren, Zach Norton, Harper Norton, Beleny Weaver, Killian Powell, and Falyn Powell; and a host of other family and friends.

The family will receive friends at Graham Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake on Thursday, September 2, 2021 from 6-8 p.m. A service to celebrate his life will be held Friday, September 3, 2021 at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Shannon Terhune officiating.
