Obituary for Frances Bell Cousins
Frances Bell Cousins passed away on January 29, 2023, at the age of 103. She was born in North Carolina to the late William Paul and Annie Wilkins Bell. Frances attended St. Benedict's Catholic Church, Chesapeake and retired as a cashier with Giant Open Air Markets after 30 years.
She is survived by her sons, Alfred B. Cousins and his wife, Judy, and Robert E. Cousins and his wife, Debbie; she has five grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and four great great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Monday, February 6, 2023 from 10 to 11 a.m. at Graham Funeral Home, 1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake. A funeral service will begin at 11 a.m., following the service the family invites you to join them in the reception center at the funeral home. She will be laid to rest privately at Chesapeake Memorial Gardens.
