Fernando Plaza Balla, 77, went to be with the Lord on January 10, 2019.
He was born on October 5, 1941 in the Philippines to the late Lorenzo and Concepcion Plaza Balla. Fernando is fondly remembered as a loving husband and father. He had a love for music, playing the guitar and piano, swimming in the ocean, sports, and being in the company of family and friends.
Fernando is survived by his wife of 48 years, Anamarie Balla; children: daughter, Evangeline (Angie) Laing, son-in-law, John Laing, sons, Lorenzo Balla, Fernando Balla Jr., daughter-in-law, Nasr Balla, daughter, Anamae Hurdle, son-in-law, De' Markeo Hurdle; grandchildren: Perrion Yarborough, Aquel Sanchez, Ashley Laing, Olivia Balla, and A'monte Hurdle; and a host of other family and friends.
