Enis Alberta Cherry, 96, passed away January 8, 2019. She was born in South Norfolk to the late Walter and Alma Kindley Whitley and was the loving wife of the late Paul Wesley Cherry.
Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Wesley W. Cherry and his wife Gray; Daryl Lynn Cherry and his wife Ann; sister, Frances Korleski; brother, Walter F. “Sonny” Whitley; 4 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at Graham Funeral Home, 1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake on Thursday, January 10, 2019 from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm. A service to celebrate her life will be held Friday, January 11, 2019 at 11:00 am at the funeral home with burial to follow in Riverside Memorial Park.
