Obituary for Edward Joseph Hubert Sr.
Edward Joseph Hubert, 80, passed away November 1, 2022. Edward was born in Manhattan, New York to the late Michael F. and Florence Farrell Hubert. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his loving wife, Louise Ann Miller Hubert; his brothers, Frank, and Joe; sisters, Annie, Coo, Pat, and Geraldine.
He is survived by his brother, Mickey; sisters, Honey and Jeannie; his eight children, Eddie Jr, Lisa and her husband Dennis, Jean, Joann, Joe and his wife Rita, Robert and his wife Lynn, Dawn and her husband John, and Chris. He had 19 amazing grandchildren ,17 great grandchildren, and a shit ton of nieces and nephews.
He loved baseball, specifically the New York Yankees. His Jerseys and hats were his most treasured personal possessions. He loved boxing, playing pool, a good game of cards, Budweiser and watching his grandbabies play. He survived both bombings in the World Trade Center in Manhattan where he worked from the age of 16 until that very day.
