Edna Hobbs Lunde (Frankie), 86, passed away September 12, 2018. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Chesapeake. She was born in Scott County, Virginia to the late Walter and Harriet Jordan Hobbs and was the last of her 9 siblings; she was also predeceased by her dear husband James G. Lunde, Sr. As a young woman she moved from Coeburn, VA to South Norfolk and was a 1950 graduate of South Norfolk High School. She was a member of South Norfolk Baptist Church prior to joining the Lutheran church in Chesapeake where she raised her family. Frankie was a loving and devoted wife and mother, she is survived by her son, James G. Lunde, Jr. and his wife, Beth; grandchildren, Stephen and Samantha Lunde; as well as numerous other loving family members and friends.

The family will receive friends at Graham Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake on Monday the 17th from 6-7:30 p.m. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, September 18th 2018 at 2 p.m. at St. Thomas Episcopal Church, 233 Mann Drive, Chesapeake with the Rev.
