Donald Lee Wise, 71, passed away on April 30, 2019. Donald was born in Glade Springs, Virginia to the late Noble and Thelma Routh Wise. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Kathy Wise. Donald retired after 42 years with Burton Lumber and was a member of Agape Ministries.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 24 years, Gayle Patrice Mullis Wise; son, Donald Lee Wise, II (Dana); stepchildren, Angel Mullis Vause (Tim), Drew Mullis, Joey Mullis (Haley) and Shelley VanHorn (Carl); Sisters in law, Susan Caroon ( Norman) and Bridgette Boykin; Brother in law, Todd Boykin (Tammy) grandchildren, Noah, Braydyn, Austin, Victoria, Miriam, Ruth, Caleb, Seth, Landon, Alisa, Cale and Alyssa; brothers, David Wise (Vicki) and Dennis Wise (Chrysa); nephew, Dean and nieces, Carrie, Jennifer and Lauren..

The family will receive friends at Graham Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake, on Friday, May 3, 2019 from 10-11 a.m. A service to celebrate his life will begin at 11 a.m with a reception following the service at the funeral home.
