Obituary for Donald Lea Cook
Donald Lea Cook, 64, of Chesapeake, passed away peacefully June 28, 2023. Donald was born in Oregon to the late Richard and Patricia Dancy Cook (Pobuda).Donald loved to tinker, build things with his grandson and spend time on the water fishing.He was long time member of IBEW #734 serving as union steward for many years.
Left to cherish his memory are his beloved wife of 43 years, Peggy Paulette Cook; daughter, Greta (Steve) Courtright and grandson, Colten Courtright
(Norfolk, VA); father, George Pobuda (Las Vegas, NV); sisters, Debbie Spaulding and Linda Backus; brother, David Cook and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Donald was preceded in death by Richard and Patricia; brother, Darrel and sister, Donna Gotez.
