Dawn Lewis Harksen, 74, passed away April 11, 2019. She was a native of Portsmouth and the daughter of the late Gertrude Smith Lewis and Charles Greenwood Lewis, Sr. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her son, Rob Max Harksen. Dawn retired after 35 years as a school bus driver with the Virginia Beach Public Schools.

Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband, Ronald M. Harksen; granddaughter, Nichole Harksen; and brother, Charles Greenwood Lewis, Jr.
