My condolences to the family. I meet Mrs. Conner when I was dating her grandson Michael. We would visit her and Mike's dad often. Mrs. Conner always made me smile as she put Mike and her son Carey in their place. I could sit and talk to Mrs. Conner for hours, I loved her stories and quick wit. I moved out of Virginia and miss you all so very much. My time spent in the company of you all are memories I recall with love and joy, i am a pert person because Mrs. Conner and her family were and always will be a part of my life no matter how far away we are. All my love.

My Mother, Pauline Cox and Ms. Margaret became very close during her stay at Cannon House. They ate their meals together, talked and Margaret read her Braille magazine while Mom watched TV show about finding Wedding Dressed. Margaret always told Mom she was a burden and Mom always said no you are Not you are a Blessing! They really became Companions and helped each other in so many ways. Just as I miss my Mom, I know both of them are together
Again in Heaven, Ms Margaret was a very Grand Lady.
