Christine Robin Galant, 57, went to be with her Lord on June 22, 2017. Christine was born in Ohio to James and Faye Hedrick. Christine enjoyed gardening, reading, cooking, and entertaining guests; but most of all she loved spending time with her family. Christine worked as a teacher's assistant with Virginia Beach Public Schools and attended River Oak Church, Chesapeake.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband, Craig Galant; daughters, Erin Nutter (Cody), and Riley Galant; son, Jake Galant; parents, James and Faye Hedrick; brothers; Jim (Janet), Dave, Gary (Lori), and Mark Hedrick; and a host of other family and friends.

The family will receive friends at Graham Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 1112 Kempsville Rd. Chesapeake on Sunday, June 25, 2017 from 4 pm to 6 pm. A service to celebrate her life will be held Monday, June 26, 2017 at 11 am at the funeral home with Pastor Heath Burris officiating.
