Charles C. LaPan, 75, passed away December 30, 2018. Charles was born in St. Albans, Vermont to the late Charles and Avis LaRow LaPan. He was the owner of Endless Summer Tanning in Virginia Beach for over 30 years. Charles enjoyed watching the Dallas cowboys, and he had a passion for NASCAR and racing. He also enjoyed riding his Harely Davidson, weight lifting, and spending time at the beach with family and friends.
Left to cherish his memory are his two sons, Derek LaPan and his wife Jennifer, and Jacob LaPan; daughter, Summer Manning; significant other, Geneva Koutas; and granddaughter, Piper LaPan.
A service with military honors to celebrate his life will be held Thursday, January 3, 2019 at 5pm at Graham Funeral Home, 1112 Kempsville Rd. Chesapeake. The family will be receiving friends for a reception following the ceremony. He will be laid to rest at Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial State Veterans Cemetery in Suffolk, VA.
