Carolyn Mae Bowman, 76, of Luther Street passed away at her home with her family by her side. She was born in Maryland to the late Herbert E. and Mary Foley Bever. She was predeceased by a sister, Linda Bobbitt. Carolyn was a Civil Service employee and retired an administrator in the Department of Health and Human Services. She is survived by her children, Dawn B. Litterio and her husband, Nunzio and Bret Lawrence Bowman and his wife, Pamela; a sister, Elaine Mello; and eight grandchildren, Annalise, Benjamin, Paige, Kyle, Amanda, Jessica, Tim and Matthew.
