Carole Lee Knox, 74, passed away Sunday, July 7, 2019. In her final days she was surrounded by her dear friends; In her final hours, she was surrounded by those she loved from Atwood Family Medicine. Carole was born in Maryland to the late Charles and Elizabeth Lee Schmincke, and was also predeceased by her son, Bryan Pattison. She had a deep love and compassion for animals and will be remembered dearly by her special friend, Karen.
