Obituary for Billy Lee Lundmark

Billy Lundmark, age 52, of Virginia Beach, Virginia, passed away on November 28, 2022.

Billy was a graduate of Princess Anne High School and later went on to a career in carpentry. Billy was very creative and loved to work on projects for family and friends. His work ethic and his attention to detail was second to none and admired by many.

In addition to hunting, Billy loved to salt water fish on his nephew’s boat, Bad Behavior. His favorite fish to catch were the elusive Cobia and Bull Red Drum. Many days were spent fishing and sharing stories with his buddies Travis O’Neal, Dalton Bedsole, and Corey Lesko.

Billy loved geocaching and introduced his niece Shelby to the addictive hide and seek game. They spent many weekends traveling the Hampton Roads area searching for caches and having a great time. Billy was part of the 757 Flex Team crew that included his good friends Mike Turner and Sarah and Steve and Kim Hubbell. Memories filled with laughter and shenanigans will never be forgotten.

Billy was predeceased in death by his mother, Peggy Lundmark. Left to cherish his memory is his father; Donald Lundmark, of Bishop, Texas, his sister; Cheryl Schoop (Robert), of Chesapeake, Virginia, and his nephew and niece; Kyle and Shelby Schoop.

A celebration of his life will take place on December 17, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at Graham Funeral Home, 1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake, Virginia.
