Obituary for Betty Cannon White
Betty Cannon White formerly of Bayview Blvd. passed away April 1, 2022, at the age of 93. Betty was the daughter of the late Carl and Nettie Messick Cannon. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her loving husband, Warren P. White and daughter, Rhonda Smith. She was a faithful member of Lafayette Presbyterian Church, Norfolk.
Betty is survived by her son, Warren R. White and his wife, Leslie; three grandchildren, Brian White, Marilyn McGrew (Stephen), and Jill Stephenson Maxwell; four great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, April 9, 2022, at 11 at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Norfolk with Rev. Sidnia Etherington officiating.
At the request of the family in lieu of flowers memorial contributions should be made to Lafayette Presbyterian Church, 1821 Lafayette Blvd, Norfolk, VA 23509.
