Betty Osborne Kelly, 78, passed away January 6, 2021. She was born in Wytheville, VA to Mary Owens Osborne and Thomas E. Osborne, Sr. She was a Graduate of Mary Washington University and University of Virginia. She is survived by her daughters, Cortland K. Grynwald and her husband, Mathew, and Raegan K. Williams and her husband, Scott; a brother, Thomas E. Osborne, Jr. and his wife, Marilyn; and grandchild, Laurel Emory Grynwald.

Viewing will be held Thursday, January 7, 2021 from 10 a.m. to 12 noon at Graham Funeral Home, 1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake. Due to COVID restrictions we are limited to 10 guests at a time, temperature checks and mask will be required to enter the building. She will be laid to rest at Mt. Vale United Methodist Church Cemetery, Galax, VA in a private service.

A service to celebrate her life will be held at a later date.
