Antonio “Tony” Daelo Capistrano, 86 passed away January 18, 2021. Tony was born in Lucena City, Philippines to the late Vicente P. Capistrano and Paz Daelo Capistrano. He was predeceased by his loving wife, Corazon A. Capistrano. Tony is survived by his children, Judith C. Regodon and her husband, Emilio, and Manuel A. Capistrano and his wife, Carina; five grandchildren, and two great grandchildren; sisters, Corazon C. Gomez and her husband, Jaime, and Ninfa C. Ilao; and two brothers, Mario D. Capistrano and his wife, Rosie, and David D. Capistrano and his wife, Lucia.

Due to COVID restrictions there can only be ten guests visiting at a time, viewing will be held Friday, January 22, 2021 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Graham Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake. A funeral service will be held Saturday, January 23, 2021 at 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Seating will be limited; everyone is encouraged to view the service at www.grahamfuneralhome.com and leave a note of condolence to the family. Temperature checks and masks are required to enter the building and must be worn the entire time.
