Clayton A. Culpepper, Jr., 63, passed away January 28, 2018 at his residence with his family by his side. He was born in Norfolk to Nila Burbage Culpepper and the late Clayton A. Culpepper, Sr. Besides his father he was predeceased by his loving wife Loretta Jane Culpepper. Clayton served his country in the United States Navy; he was a member Southside Baptist Church and was an Electronics Technician with Modern Machine and Tool.

He is survived by his mother, Nila B. Culpepper; children, Tony Culpepper (Christine) and David Culpepper(Diana); grandchildren, Jessica, Michael, Courtnee, Bradley, Brandon, Austin and Ashton; and his sisters, Criss Lindahl (Ed) and Cheryl Brackett

The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 1, 2018 from 11-12 at Graham Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake.
