Bernice Wilson Taylor, 82, formerly of Elbyrne Drive went home to be with her Lord November 17, 2017. Bernice was born in Portsmouth to the late Harry and Mildred Atkins Wilson. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her loving husband, Charles W. Taylor, Sr. Bernice was a faithful member of Tidewater Baptist Church and retired as a processor for General Electric.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Mary Ann Taylor and Patricia Taylor Hughes (Bill); son, Charles W. Taylor, Jr. (Lee); grandchildren, Stephen, Sara, Daniel, Kelly, Kristen and Amy; great-grandchildren, Keith, Evan, Savannah, Sydney, Alexander and Kaleb; sister, Shirley Gibbs; and brother, Harry S. Wilson (Bea).

The family will receive friends on Monday, November 20, 2017 at Graham Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake from 6 to 7:30 p.m. A service to celebrate her life will be held Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at Tidewater Baptist Church, 1316 Campostella Road, Chesapeake 23320 with Rev.
