Ebba Olson  Cothron
Ebba Olson Cothron, 86, went to be with her Lord & Savior on June 27, 2017. Ebba was born on April 9, 1931 in Muskegon Heights, Michigan to the late George and Mayme Haines Olson. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter, Denise Cothron; sisters, Ada Olson and Velma Wright; and brother, Ken Olson. She was a loving wife and dedicated mother. Ebba loved people and had a generous servant's heart; she was a missionary for over 50 years in Brazil, South America. Ebba was a faithful member of Freedom Baptist Church, Chesapeake for 18 years.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of almost 65 years, Alton Cothron; two daughters, Arlene (David) Johnson, Beatriz (Daniel) Steinman; son, Derly (Priscila) Cothron; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and sister, Corrine Zacharias.

Graham Funeral Home & Cremation Services,1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake is caring for the family. A graveside service will be held Friday, June 30, 2017 at 11 am at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, 6309 E Virginia Beach Blvd, Norfolk 23502 with Pastor Daniel Steinman officiating.

A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held July 8, 2017 at 1 p.m. at Freedom Baptist Church, 308 Centerville Turnpike Chesapeake, Virginia 23320.
