Elizabeth Ann Mills Blanchard, 72, passed away April 3, 2017. Elizabeth was born in Norfolk to the late Colonel and Nettie Akers Mills. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband of over 50 years, William T. Blanchard, Sr. She was retired from Mary Jane Bakery.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Angela L. Bibb (Kent), Carla A. Harrison (Mike), and Kim R. Thorn (Paul); son, Billy T. Blanchard, Jr. (Beth); grandchildren, Tiffany Coleman, Priscilla Murray, and Emily McCollum; great-grandchildren, Chloe and Bristol Coleman; sister, Juanita Massengill; brother, Howard Mills; and a host of other family and friends.

The family will receive friends at Graham Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake on Friday, April 7, 2017 from 10 - 11 a.m. A service to celebrate her life will follow at 11 a.m. with Pastor Bill Thorn officiating. Burial will follow at 1 p.m. at Chesapeake Memorial Gardens, 524 Cedar Road, Chesapeake.
