NORFOLK - Jay "JByrd" Clarke, 47, passed away February 8, 2016. Jay was a Christian, graduate of Old Dominion University and was an Enforcement Officer for the Virginia Child Support Division of Norfolk. He is a well known local musician who played in several bands.

Left to cherish his memory is his mother, Joan L. Tucker; sister, Andrea M. Clarke; brother, Frank B. Clarke; niece, Florentina Schleufer; and nephews, Clifton J. Williams, Jr. and Daniel Schleufer. Jay was predeceased by a sister, Rene Denise Clarke.

A service to celebrate his life will be held Sunday, February 14, 2016 at 2 p.m. at Graham Funeral Home, 1112 Kempsville Road, Chesapeake, VA with a reception to follow at the funeral home.
